• To claim your match ticket, you need to be the owner of the Rare Moment Melt from the ICC 2022 WT20 COTG Special Pack: Merch Melt on the day that the match tickets and merch are gifted by FanCraze
• To give an example, let us say a FanCraze user (say X) buys a Rare Moment Melt NFT on 16 Nov 2022 and subsequently sells the NFT to another FanCraze user Y before the cut-off date. In this case, the match ticket will be gifted to Y since he/she was the owner of the Rare Moment Melt NFT on the cut-off date
• Once the Rare Moment Melt NFT owner gets the ticket gifted by FanCraze, then it is upto the user whether they want to use the ticket themselves or give it to someone else for free (friend, family, another FanCraze user, etc.)
• We cannot guarantee that a user will get the tickets from a particular future match of their choice. However, we will make best efforts to give the users a ticket from a future ICC event of their choice. In case a user buy multiple Merch Melt Packs, then we will make best efforts to give the user tickets to the same event and/or match

• To claim your merch, you need to be the owner of the Rare Moment Melt from this pack on the day that the match tickets and merch are gifted by FanCraze
• To give an example, let us say a FanCraze user (say X) buys a Rare Moment Melt NFT on 16 Nov 2022 and subsequently sells the NFT to another FanCraze user Y before the cut-off date. In this case, the merch will be gifted to Y since he/she was the owner of the Rare Moment Melt NFT on the cut-off date
• The merch will be physically handed out or shipped to users around the time that they attend the future ICC event
